Our Approach
Hub Capital Group was created with the goal of acting as a consultant to those interested in buying, selling and managing real estate. We don't want to tell you what to do, we want to show you. Many people buy and sell property but they rarely do so often enough to keep abreast the constantly evolving markets and laws. These changes can cost a client tens, or even hundreds, of thousands of dollars; and may even open them up to litigation. With proper guidance our clients are able to navigate these waters easily.

Leadership
Mark has had a life-long passion for real estate and has worked selling, buying, renting and managing properties throughout the greater Boston area. In addition to being a broker he has worked in a property management capacity, on behalf of New York developer Twining Properties, with Winn Residential and Boston Residential Group on the class A luxury property Watermark in Kendall Square. He also assited Boston developer Samuels & Associates with the launch of the $200 million dollar mixed use Trilogy Triangle property in Fenway. Prior to Samuels & Associates he was a consistent top producer for his clients at one of Back Bay's top real estate firms and got his start in real estate at a boutique agency on Beacon Hill. A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Mark is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts. Please do not hesitate to contact Mark with any questions.
